Who we are
Today, The Jobian Project is comprised of a “STEM dad” and his team of “trusted advisors”. Fortunately, his advisors bring advanced software engineering, digital art and animation, plus YEARS of K-12, undergraduate, and graduate level experience in mathematics, environmental science, and physics to the table.
Collectively, we have firsthand knowledge of the challenges that aspiring scientists are likely to face as they advance from precocious middle schoolers into high schoolers and beyond.
In the near future, we endeavor to grow our team with volunteer and paid staff. Stay tuned for job postings!

What We Are NOT…
…a tutoring service, a college prep program, or college admissions consultants. We do expect our students to fare well in their academic pursuits but for now, TJP is locked in on our “CONNECT. INSPIRE. EQUIP.” mission.
…open to all STEM interests. Our current scope is limited to the physical sciences (e.g., physics, chemistry, and mathematics).
We do LOVE engineering, computer science and emerging information technologies (IT) but that’s not our initial focus. The biological sciences are definitely in our plans but we’re careful to not bite off more than we can chew!
…open to everyone. Our program is tailored to find and boost young, inquisitive, black & brown minds to SUCCEED in the competitive environments that await them in college and beyond!
Financial need is not a factor in our cohort application process.
